Birthday: 19.4.1988 Lives in: Perantsa Minister of Education of Perantsa // Musician 🎹 who believes in the power of creativity // 'Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.' Neli Muv (born 19 April 1988) is a Perantsan politician, musician, and current Minister of Education. Raised in the coastal city of Peran, she grew up in a family of teachers, where music and learning were equally valued. Trained as a pianist from an early age, she performed locally while pursuing her degree in pedagogy and cultural education at the University of Peran. After graduation, she worked as a schoolteacher in a narrow mountain valley town, where she became known for combining music and digital tools to engage students in new ways. Her innovative approach led her to advisory work within the Ministry of Education, and later to election for Parliament on a progressive coalition ticket. She steadily rose in influence through committees on youth, education, and digital policy, before being appointed Minister of Education in her mid-thirties. Muv is a strong advocate for creativity in schools, arguing that innovation and cultural expression are equally vital as literacy and mathematics in preparing Perantsa’s children for a fast-changing economy. Although described as ambitious, she faced tensions from traditionalists who feared her reforms, particularly around expanding arts funding and integrating digital curricula. She lives in Peran with her long-term partner, architect Janel Kovri, and together they have two young children. Muv has spoken candidly about the difficulty of balancing office pressures with family moments in a country where politics is often demanding. A childhood encounter with underfunded rural schools continues to drive her conviction that geography must not define opportunity. Today, she is considered one of Perantsa’s most dynamic leaders, shaped by both the rocky shores of her homeland and the melodies that first taught her discipline and imagination.
