Zezouics

The Zezouics are an important social group in the country of Perantsa. They have a complex relationship to different ministries and branches of the Perantsian government.

• The Zezouic community experienced violence at the hands of the military during the 1970 Karti independence events.
• Older generations still feel the pain, while younger ones, aware of the stories, do not feel direct resentment unless reminded.
• Military encounters do not trigger immediate emotion, but the stories from their elders can still stir feelings.

• Since 2009, the visa restrictions for Kartisians, initiated by the RFP-led Ministry of Interior, have been seen by many Zezouics as a betrayal by the Perantsian government.
• These measures are viewed as an attempt to sever ties between Zezouics in Perantsa and Karti, forcing them to lose connection to their religion and heritage.

• The Zezouic community shows strong support for Neli Muv (who is Zezouic herself) and her efforts to include their faith in schools and universities.
• The agreement with Karti enabling Kartisian students to study at prestigious Perantsian universities is also an achievement they strongly support.

• The Zezouic community in Perantsa supports the policies of the Ministry of Economics and favors the social welfare aspects.
• They push towards close trade relations with Karti to ensure the supply with Holy Sprouts as well as the development of domestic sprout farms.

• The Zezouic community in Perantsa feels deeply dissatisfied and unrepresented by the current government.
• Stricter visa policies for Kartisians and worsening poverty, unemployment, and social tensions in Molbra have fueled feelings of neglect.
• Many believe the government fosters division, further alienating Zezouics from the rest of the population.
